A brief addendum from the “where are they now” file on this blog: If Google is to be believed, MM’s former resident “Queen of the Night” — the one who enthusiastically mixed the great “(cult) leader” his magic fruit juices, who in promo videos was fond of saying things like “you absolutely have to do this and that, or your girlfriend will leave you / lose interest in you,” and who, one participant later claimed, was groped by Orlando (real name: Roland H. Bellstedt) during a livestream — has now moved into a new line of work:

Obedience and training for Yorkshire Terriers, at the “Yorkshire Canine Academy.”

The “values” there are supposedly “kindness, fairness, professionalism and versatility” — whatever that’s meant to mean.

(Though by her own account she doesn’t have a dog of her own yet.)

I’ll refrain from any overly biting commentary about the fact that she now evidently whips dogs into shape instead of humans. The parallels to MM are obvious — except that unlike a human being, a dog actually wants to please and obey.

There she can presumably “be the alpha” and practise her dominance without anyone getting too badly hurt or traumatised in the process. And a dog probably doesn’t mind being barked at in a firm voice (unlike most men).

Or whatever it is she does there.

The “you want too much attention, you should be ashamed of yourself” line she used to browbeat men with will probably be a harder sell, though. Google tells me that a dog, and particularly a Yorkshire Terrier, needs its twice-daily walk and wants to be cuddled constantly. Love and care, basically. Otherwise it gets miserable — just like plenty of men. But I suppose those poor dogs will just be “playing the victim” when they’ve had enough, according to Magdalena… 🙄

Be that as it may. I’m in no position to judge the quality of the services on offer there — I know next to nothing about dogs and even less about the business in question. And the conditioning methods that were applied to men at MM may well be exactly right for a dog. Ms Lurz has certainly had ample experience with them.

What an inglorious (but hopefully harmless) end to the story.

Fingers crossed for the dogs.
